If you choose to log in using another service, such as Apple or Google, we receive information about the service you used to log in and — depending on your chosen account settings with Apple and Google — details about you, including your name, email address, or unique user identifiers. b. Profile information.This includes details you choose to provide, such as your display name and avatar (profile picture).c. Messages and content. This includes the messages you send and receive through the Apps, such as text messages.d. Character creation and personalization. This includes the information you provide when creating and customizing your Fliman, such as character details and preferences you choose to set.e. Community interactions. This includes comments, likes, and feedback you post or receive within the Services.f. Communications. If you contact us for support, we may collect your name, email address, and the content of your messages or attachments.g. Third-party information. If you choose to include personal information about others in your inputs or content, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to do so under applicable law.

1.2 Information we collect automatically

We automatically collect certain information about your mobile device, network, and how you interact with the Services, including:a. Device and network data. This includes your device type, operating system, manufacturer and model, app version, IP address, device identifiers, language settings, mobile carrier, push notification tokens,and general location information such as city or region.b. Usage data. This includes information about how you use the Services, such as your interactions with characters, features, and community content, and related activity logs.c. Cookies and similar technologies. We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to help operate the Services, recognize you, remember your preferences, and analyze usage to improve the Services. Most browsers and devices allow you to remove or manage these technologies, but disabling them may affect the availability or functionality of certain features

If you choose to interact with Flimo content through third-party platforms (such as when you share Flimos or Spaces to external social media services), we may receive limited information about you from those platforms, such as your username or profile link, depending on your privacy settings with those services. We use this information to support sharing functionality and improve our Services.If you wish to limit the information available to us, you should review the privacy settings of your accounts on those third-party platforms. You understand and agree that the use of your information by those third-party services will be governed by their own privacy policies.

2. How We Use Information

We use the personal information we collect:

  • To provide, maintain, improve, and enhance our Services;
  • To personalize your experiences of our Services, such as by providing tailored content and recommendations;
  • To understand and analyze how you use our Services and develop new products, services, features, and functionality;
  • To communicate with you, provide you with updates and other information relating to our Services, respond to comments and questions, and provide customer support;
  • To send you text messages and push notifications;

Before fulfilling your request, we may ask you to provide reasonable information to verify your identity. Please note that there are exceptions and limitations to each of these rights. While any changes you make will be reflected in our active databases within a reasonable period of time, we may retain certain personal information for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, satisfaction of legal obligations, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.

5.Third Parties 

Our Services may contain links to other websites, products, or services that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities on these third-party services or any information you disclose to these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any information to them. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We do not allow unrelated third parties to track your activities across different websites through our Services. However, when you share content to external platforms, those platforms may collect information under their own policies.

6. Retention 

When you request that we do so, we take measures to delete your personal information or keep it in a form that does not permit identifying you when this personal information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we process it, unless we are required bylaw to keep this information for a longer period. When we process personal information for our own purposes, we determine the retention period taking into account various criteria, such as the type of services provided to you, the nature and length of our relationship with you, possible re-enrollment with the Services, the impact on the Services we provide to you if we delete some personal information from or about you, and mandatory retention periods provided by law and the statute of limitations.

We make reasonable efforts to protect your personal information by using physical, administrative, and electronic safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest where applicable. However, no electronic transmission or storage of information can be entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will delete such information in accordance with applicable law. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information may contact us to request deletion.

10. Delete Your Information

You may delete your account and all associated personal information at any time by using the “Close Your Account” feature available directly within the App’s account settings. Once confirmed, this action is permanent and all data linked to your account will be deleted in accordance with applicable law.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page, and the updated policy will become effective when posted. If we materially change the ways in which we use or disclose personal information previously collected from you through our Services, we will notify you through our Services, by in-app message or other communication.
