• Responsibilities

1. Work side by side with the chief scientist to gain a deep understanding of business requirements and technological advancements in other algorithm areas. Conduct LLM post training, develop intelligent agent related algorithms, and plan technical solutions around the company's multimodal interaction system; The collaborative engineering development team completes LLM training, engineering implementation of intelligent agent algorithms, and performance optimization, witnessing the entire process from technical solutions to product experience improvement;
2. Explore effective and efficient post training methods such as RLHF or RLAIF to enhance the comprehensive ability of big language models in the company's multimodal interaction system for dialogue understanding. Participate in product development, closely collaborate with multiple teams such as product, planning, and engineering, and disassemble and design specific algorithm solutions and delivery goals;
3. Build a high-quality data processing and analysis process, including but not limited to data cleaning, data synthesis, data mixing strategies, etc., and establish a reliable algorithm evaluation process consistent with product goals;
4. Assist product managers in exploring the potential and gameplay of LLM post training, intelligent agents, and multimodal interaction algorithms, accumulate first-hand knowledge of algorithm applications, and strengthen the perspective and imagination of algorithm research.

• Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in mathematics, computer science, electronic information, machine learning or related majors;
2. Strong coding skills and engineering implementation abilities, familiar with the basics of deep learning, proficient in at least one deep learning framework such as Pytorch/Tensorflow; Experience in successful project delivery and product implementation is preferred;
3. Familiar with post training of large models, intelligent agent related architectures and algorithms; Sharp sense of cutting-edge technology in the field; Priority will be given to those who have published papers at top conferences related to natural language and machine learning;
4. Believe in innovation, accept challenges, and be honest and open; Full of responsibility, possessing excellent teamwork and communication skills; Having excellent planning and execution skills, as well as outstanding learning abilities.
